Man Alive follows a man who enters a mysterious healthcare facility seeking treatment, only to become increasingly uncertain about the people caring for him and the true purpose of the procedures he is undergoing. What begins as a routine attempt to get better slowly transforms into something far more unsettling. As the boundaries between treatment, manipulation, and fear begin to blur, he is forced to question whether the facility is actually trying to save him, or whether something darker is haunting him from within its walls.
