Helpful Terror follows a woman who becomes convinced that someone has broken into her home and is closing in on her. As fear takes over, she is forced to confront the possibility that she may not be safe in the one place that should feel secure.

But when she wakes, the terrifying encounter appears to have been nothing more than a nightmare. The question is whether the danger was ever really just a dream, or if something far more unsettling is waiting for her in the dark.
